Offline Save as Draft -Not showing in Queue

Hello Kal,

I hope you’re doing well!

We need your guidance on a matter please. One of our field officers on the field is using his Android device to upload forms offline, For some reason all of the saved draft got lost and since then every form saved in Queue is not showing for some reason. Can you help us figure out the problem please?

@mireillejazi, kindly please be informed that if your device is connected to the net, the submissions will automatically be synced with the server.
