Old version of the Forms appearing in 'Get Blank Form'

Hi.
After I upload a revised form in the server, why do I get the old form also, when I click on ‘Get Blank Form’ in the mobile app, even though I have revised the form to the 3rd or 5th version. A screenshot of it is given below.

Please help.

I have done it. Yet, I’m getting the old forms.

Seems like you have 2 survey projects deployed. Maybe you will need to archive the old version from your user account then.

In the server, only one form is appearing. But in the mobile, the previous form is also appearing.

Are you the admin of this project or is this a project shared with you by someone?
