One question has two answers

Hello,

I have a question and I would like to make two answers for the same question.
For example,
How many son do you have and their qualification?
1 son ( Elementary / High school / Bachelor )
2 sons ( Elementary / High school / Bachelor )
3 sons ( Elementary / High school / Bachelor )
4 sons ( Elementary / High school / Bachelor )

Welcome to the community, @Elias! Interested to know why you would want to have 2 response within a single question. Ideally wouldn’t it be good to capture 2 information through 2 variables?

Thanks @Kal_Lam, I found the matrix question way can capture more than information for the same questions.
