One respondent per interview/form

I’m designing a form for online survey and i want only one response per person or respondent.
Can i design the form such that once you submit, you won’t have access to the form again?

HI there, it’s not part of the form itself but rather about which URL link you choose to share.
For web forms, there are various link options, as outlined here: Collecting Data through Web Forms — KoboToolbox documentation
Online-only (once per respondent) sounds like the option you’re looking for - all the best.

Just to add:

  • If you change the device or the browser or empty its case, it it possible to use this (single) link again.
  • Without further access control (server level), everyone who gets this link can use it.
