'Others' as an option to a 'select one'

Hello,
I am creating a survey to analyze drivers of water consumption in Nairobi. I would like to add as an option ‘Others (specify)’ to a question with a ‘select one’ outcome. Of course, when choosing the option, the person would be allowed to type its own answer. How can I do that? Thank you in advance.
