Password reset email not received EU-based server

Hello,

I am a researcher and I am having trouble accessing my KoboToolbox account. I have requested a password reset several times over the last 24 hours, but I have not received the reset email (I have already checked my Spam/Junk folders).

Here are my account details:

  • Server: EU-based server.

  • Username: logopedia

  • Email: maria.egizio@ospedalideicolli.it

Could you please check if there is an issue with the email delivery for my account or if the email is being bounced by the server?
