An error is occurring when assigning permissions to specific users, when entering the user’s name to only allow viewing the records that have been created, it does not show information in the data tab.
Please check what might be going on.

Can you check if the users are in the same server? (Non-Humanitarian or Humanitarian)
And can you show a screenshot of the error too?

The server is https://kobo.humanitarianresponse.info/
When the specific permissions are assigned to each user, it remains gray, records are made after the permissions are assigned and with the user started and it does not let you see your own records

Can you check if you configure your account settings as Require authentication to see forms and submitted data? You can check here for more information: Row-Level Permissions — KoboToolbox documentation
For this access restriction functionality to work, the option to require authentication must be enabled. Thank you.
