Permissions for enumerators (with shared permissions only)

Greetings! I’ve tried reading around but I haven’t found exactly what I am looking for.

I have just created a new form (now my 8th form) on my account. The problem now is, this form is for a different project, and has a separate set of enumerators. My fear is, If I set up the Kobo/ODK settings for them they will be able to see the other forms for the previous project, and I don’t want that.
How best can I make them only see this 1 form, that is meant for them when they click on GET BLANK FORM, rather than seeing all the forms created under my account.

@rukudzo, you could control this by following the steps outlined below:

• Create an enumerator’s account for this particular project.
• Share your project with this enumerator’s account. You should be able to share it as outlined in these support articles:
  • Managing Permissions
  • Row-Level Permissions
• Now configure your app for the enumerator account as outlined in this support article:
  • Data Collection on KoboCollect App (Latest Version)
  • Data Collection on KoboCollect App (Older Version)

With this setting, you should be able to get all the blank forms that has been shared to this account only.
