Hi everyone,

I have been trying to add multiple options for a question. When I save the form and preview it, I see duplicate answer options in the survey. For example, my answer choices are (a) 1 (b) 2 and © 3. But after saving and previewing, I see (a) 1 (b) 1 © 2 (d) 2 (e) 3 (f) 3.

I am using ‘minimal’ appearance option. Has anyone ever encountered such a problem?

I deleted those questions and added new questions with the ‘select multiple’ option. It is working fine now.
