Preloading data in my survey

Hi ,
I have a form where I need to preload data. this survey is related to the education sector for students from classes 1 to 3.
Eg: when I select a region the corresponding school must appear and when I select the school the relevant students’ names must appear.

but my requirement is for multiple selection groups.
Eg: If I select the country the state must come and when I select the state , district must appear

This is not my requirement, I need to upload CSV files for these preloaded data
