I’m encountering an issue with my form. Initially, it was written in Portuguese, but after submission, I manually translated the questions into English. This was a human error on my part, as I overlooked the option to include both languages on the form. Now, when I download the data, some answers are missing from the Excel file. Specifically, the responses of those questions only appear on KoboCollect.
What steps should I take to retrieve the missing data?
