Problem in submitting forms

can anyone help me with my problem in submitting form…i cant submit form to the cloud, (Error: NOT FOUND (404) https://kc.humanitarianresponse.info/personal/submission?deviceID=imei%3A357645054157111..please guys need your help :frowning:

Can you send a photo or screenshot of the error? Please also provide details on the exact steps you’re taking to reproduce this error, what device you’re using, and if this is on editing an existing submission or sending a new submission.

Hi Tino,

this are the photos … i just select the finalized form then try the send it but apparently this error message occur… hope you have solution for this…

i have a question, is it possible that the problem is in the tab ive been using? if ever the tabs is the prob, do you know how to fix it? i mean the settings in the tab or something…

Were you able to resolve this issue already? This error is not expected and would mean that either the username/URL is incorrect in your settings, or that the project was deleted or marked as inactive on your account on the server. Let us know if you’re still seeing this issue, and if it’s limited to a certain set of tablets possibly.

I am also suffering from the same challenge. Same error messages on just one tablet out of 25. I exported settings from another tablet to no avail. Is the a way of extracting the data “manually”??

Hi @Kal_Lam thanks for getting back, managed to solve it by updating the URL and getting a new form. The challenge was after editing a colleague updated the same process done in ODK rather than replacing the form directly in KOBO. Now its working.

Can you indicate the challenge being faced with the members you mentioned.

This could be an issue with the passwords being used by the members. Please ensure you confirm that they are using the appropriate passwords.

@stephanealoo thanks but the pswrd is fine, i am thinking its the url in the setting tab because some of uss can access but some cannot after editing of the questionnaire xls

Can you share a screenshot of the successful URL and the non-successful URL.

Kindly note that changing your XLSform does not change the URL needed to collect data within the settings for the KoBoCollect application.
