Problem regarding access the kobotoolbox from browser after deployment on my local machine

I have configured the kobotoolbox on ubuntu machine 16.04. I have followed all the steps mentioned on https://github.com/kobotoolbox/kobo-docker.
Even my all the services are perfactly running.
But when I access it through browser with public port(http://172.17.0.1:8000). It is not accessible? Even I put the ip address of docker interface.Even it is pinging. ?

What can be issue?

Did you put your IP/Domain in envfile.local.txt or envfile.server.txt at HOST_ADDRESS= ?

I use the host address HOST_ADDRESS= 172.17.0.1

Instead of docker interface Ip try to put your LAN IP in HOST_ADDRESS and try your_lan_ip:8000
