Hi all:
I’ve been trying to create a survey that has a couple questions where, upon selecting several choices on a previous select_multiple question, only those choices appear in the subsequent select_one question. Sometimes this works, but other times certain choices do not show up in the next question. I put the code below in the choice_filter column. Anyone have thoughts why it’s not working?

Hi Joshua,
Choice Filters (cascade selects) only work with Select One questions. For Select Multiple questions it’s only able to work if just one choice is made by the user.

Thanks Tino, I got it working. The initial question was select multiple, followed by a select one, which ended up working just fine. Turns out the issue was a colleague built the initial survey using KoboCollect’s online tool, and some of the choices between the two questions had minor differences, which caused them to not sync up. I edited the choices and all worked well in the end.
