Problem with pull data functionality using the app

Hi,
I am using the pull data functionality in one project and it works fine while using enketo and the preview but doesn’t seem to work using the kobo collect app, I used it in another project a few week ago with the same kind of settings and it worked fine on the phone , what could be the problem?

@alexiga, your CSV file format seems OK. Could you also share with the community the relevant part (that holds the pull data function) of your XLSForm please?
