@henrybartelet, which browser are you using? Could you try using some modern browser like Chrome, Edge or Firefox and see how they behave? You will also need to update the browser to its latest version (for better performance).
Thank you! The problem is that I am sending the survey to my participants and they fill it in using their own computer / phone, so I cannot control their browser, not the updating of it…
