I am conducting a pilot program for schools and have been using Kobo collect for the forms. Over the past few days, after the schools started filling the data, the project appeared to have been deleted. Precisely 3 days after deployment. Then I re-uploaded the form and schools had to re-submit the data and the project has been deleted again. Kindly help me resolve this issue and retrieve the projects as soon as possible. I cannot locate the source of this issue.
Welcome to the community, @niharika_suresh_1409! Have you shared your login credentials with anyone else? Maybe if not, you may also need to ensure it from the Collect Android App configuration settings if your team are using the same in the field. They could be accessing your project. If that is the case, you may need to reset your password immediately.
