The problem is that the form does not currently exist and I do not know why I lost the form from kobotoolbox and the above link works, but the data that results is filled in. I don’t know where to go

Please be informed that you have a different user account other then the one you have provided us. Please login to your other account and you should be able to access your survey project.
Kindly please be informed that i have messaged you the name of the other user account (you own) through a private message. Login to it and you should be able to access it.
