Pull Data checking

Hello Kobo team

I faced one problem with pull data in excel, when I wrote the function, and uploaded on the server, and then when we start to do the assessment the and checking the info the question ( ex: when i need to checking about 4 information but in kobo only appear 2 information), so there is missing some of them, could you please tell me how i can avoid this?
