Pulling data from earlier in the survey

I have a survey that asks doctors to complete information about procedures performed on patients, among other things. The logic can get complicated (i.e. a lot of skips, repeats, etc). The final part of the survey wants to take all of that information that was recorded in the survey and pull it into a series of notes that lists the procedures performed that the dr can then confirm and send away with his/her patient. Due to the complexity of the previous survey logic, I am having trouble with this. Is there anyone who has done something like this and has suggestions. More specifically, to:

1.) Pull labels rather than names into notes

2.) Pull from select_multiple rather than just select_one

3.) Pull from repeats

4.) Concatenate across questions (i.e. body part, procedure)
