Pulling date from Formhub using ODK Briefcase

Hi all,

we have an installation of formhub+enketo running on AWS, I’m trying to use briefcase ODK to export all the data and import it to Ona but i get some errors

internal server errors to be more specific. when i look into the formhub logs y see a LOT of theese:

Does anyone has a turnoround?

Hi Manuel,
Are you pulling the data from Formhub or from KoBoToolbox? If it’s the former you’ll have to write to formhu...@googlegroups.com. I’d invite you to push your data to KoBo though! Let us know if you need any other help.
