Hello, please I am having the same issue. My missing questions are also under skip logic and all the criteria were met. I have gone through the community discussions on this topic and downloaded the xlsform, but I do not understand how it is going to help me solve the problem. Kindly help me out.

Thanks for your response. I tried filling the form with the kobo collect app on an android and it worked fine. I do not understand how, but it works well now.
