hello,

I have a condition like this,

I have 4 question

Each question must be answer 1 until 4

Answer with each other should not be the same

example,

create a rank order from 1 to 4, Answer with each other should not be the same!

question 1 : physical abuse?

question 2: neglect?

question 3: robbery?

question 4: bullying?

it’s possible?

Hi Rani,
This is possible with some advanced editing in your form using validation logic. But you can also use the Ranking question feature we added, which provides a simple implementation of exactly the use case you describe (four questions with any number of ranks you define). Just build a new form and use the Ranking question type to get started.
