Around 20 volunteers are working in the field currently. They have already collected more than 200 data, but when they are trying to send data, they are getting error (500) while submitting the data. I am not sure why this is going to happen. Is there anyone who faced similar issues, or how can I solve the issues?
I tried with the weblink, but it’s working in the weblink.
Volunteers cannot send the data to me. It was working for one day, but from the second day, they could not send the data.
Please help me to find the solution.

No, I don’t have any media questions in the form. Now I have to create another form to do the survey. This new form is working properly. But the old form still doesn’t work. The old form is working in online collection but not with the KoboCollect app. In the old form, around 200+ data are stuck, which I need for my project.
