Dear KoBoToolbox Community,
I’m encountering an issue with form submissions. After completing and submitting forms, some remain in the queue with the status “Record queued for submission” and do not upload to the server, despite a stable internet connection.We tried multiple browsers, prompted for authentication multiple times during submission, but the records are not saved or transmitted.
The issue persists from 3 to 4 hours. Has anyone experienced similar problems or can offer guidance on resolving this?

Welcome to the community, @AdoringStarling! Is this an issue for only some submissions (from that device) or is it an issue with all the submissions? I mean are the submissions still stuck on the browser?

Two users have encountered this error message despite following the recommended steps for this type of issue, while another user experienced a data-saving issue without receiving this message.
@AdoringStarling, you may also need to check this setting on Allow submissions to this form without a username and password
as shown in the image below:
