Removing the project title from the form

Hi,

I want to remove the project name saying “Project”, which is stated on every page of my survey, see below.

Also is it possible to remove the “Go to End” button of the survey?

Welcome to the community, @jelma! You can always change the form name from under the SETTINGS>General>Project Name as shown in the image below:

Please also be informed that the project name is a mandatory field; hence, you cannot deploy a project with an empty project name
