Request to Reactivate Inactive KoboToolbox Accounts

I am writing to request assistance regarding several KoboToolbox accounts (23 in total) that have recently been marked as “inactive.” These accounts are used for critical field data collection and reporting purposes, and their sudden inaccessibility is impacting our ongoing work.

All accounts were active and in regular use until recently, so this change has come unexpectedly. We would greatly appreciate your support in reviewing and reactivating these accounts at the earliest convenience.
