Answer a form without having to enter username and password

Hola, hay alguna forma que un formulario se pueda llenar sin la necesidad de que el usuario que reciba el link tenga que tener un usuario y contraseña?
Es decir, enviar el link a traves de whatsapp y que se abra en Enketo y que se pueda llenar sin tener la necesidad de ingresar usuario y contraseña.
