I have designed a questionnaire which has matrix and also attaches a lot of documents/pictures . We have started collecting data and works find , However when data is saved as draft and tried to reopen after a while it takes too long an avg of (30 mints) to reopen. Can any one please help ?
This does not seem to be a system issue but rather a data collection equipment issue due to the large size of files being opened. To test this, try using a computer that is faster and see if this persists. Remember drafts are saved on the browser and not servers.
