Seeing Gateway error in the OCHA server

Similar issue. Was working till yesterday night, but showing processing now.

Is the server slow? As even the survey form is not opening in newer mobiles/incognito and showing Gateway Error.

Thank you for your response. As we have many who are collecting data on field, is it possible to mention a tentative time by which this issue will be resolved?

Also is it possible to transfer the survey form from OCHA to the HHI server? Or should I create a new survey form there and share again?

It should not take that long. It’s actually due to the server load.
