I’m trying to visualize from PC a preview of my form, but when I click on the command, this error is appearing “‘select_from_list_name’”. What could be? Thank you in advance

I would suggest, please, to delete your previous post or at least re-edit and anonymize the data file. With the personal names and villages you published here we could find these households/persons! For ex. Simbandi Balante Map - Senegal - Mapcarta
In the introduction of the form you tell the respondent: “Les informations que vous fournirez seront secrète et anonyme.”
To strengthen data protection awareness, for ex. it took me 5 minutes to find out the following personal information:
“… KnownName … (I hide it here)” is a female rize producer in the village “Fandéma 2” “Simbandi Balante valley” Senegal (see map above), She owns a parcel (of 532) in bloc 1. The person is supported by the PAPSEN/PAIS+ project of the Italian development cooperation (see https://www.papsen.org/data/files/PAIS+_8_AT_012019.pdf)
