Selecting options based on previous selection

Hi, I need help please. How do I design a question such that the selection will be based on a previous question? First question should be the county where you select A,B or C. next question should be Sub-county and would like responses to be liked to the first question. If one selected County A, responses in sub-county should only include those sub counties in A and the same for B and C.
