Sharing data from a project with another KoBo account

Hello,

I have been sharing a project with my team members that use different KoBo accounts. However, they can access the related data. Is there a way to also share the data?

Hi Sarah,

In order to grant access to collected data, click on the Settings button next to Data. When you scroll down, you’ll see a section called Share project with other users. Enter a team member’s username, put “Can view” for Perm type, and click Save Permissions.**That user should now be able to view the data.
