Show only appropriate form in Kobo Collect - not all open ones

I have more than one open form in my KoboToolbox account. When field staff enter my account to download the form they see all the open ones. Can I restrict what forms are seen by who?

If not is having more than one account allowed - efficient - desirable?

Regards

Mark

Hi Mark,

Having multiple accounts is an option but it may not be the most efficient.

It is possible in KoBoToolbox to manage access permissions.

In your case, if you have two projects - project 1 and 2, you could create user_1 which has only the right to submit to project 1, and user_2 which has only the right to access project 2. You can then set up devices with either user_1 or user_2 which will only have access to the form they have access to.

In order to create users and manage permissions, see the support page here:

Best,

Patrick
