I found challenge I generated a form,
Instance:
Department A select one

  • Mr. A
  • Mr. B
  • Ms. C and
  • Another name

Department B select one

  • Mrs. F
  • Mr. D
  • Mr. K
  • Another name
    Department C select one
  • Mr. P
  • Mr. F
  • Another name

Another name
Skip to another name of each other name of department, but it’s not work, based on verify, another name can skip only one Department.

Could please advise me how to solve it.

Instance, each department I created one select option for staff name, each department has another name option selection for writing the name of new staff, if you select another name from each department, it will be skipped to another name for writing name of new staff, but it is not working, based on verification, another name for writing the name of new staff, can skip only one department, if more than one, it is not work,
could you please help me to verify on this issue?
