Skip logic doesn't work when I preview it, although everything seems correct in the question parameters

Dear friends,
I need some help please.
In my questionnaire, I’ve put questions with clear passage criteria ( skip logic), but they don’t want to be displayed in the questionnaire preview.

I changed the position of the group of questions at the beginning of the questionnaire, it works, but placed in the middle, where it should be, it doesn’t work
Could someone help me to find where is the error?

1- Your skip logic
2- The working skip logic where the questions are in the beginning
3- The non working skip logic where the questions are placed in the middle,
