Skip logic for multiple answer question

Hi, I’ve built a form where a question is:
Q1. Within the last month where did you go for your health service?
(the options are multiple Answer)

  1. Community Clinic
  2. Private Clinic
  3. NGO Clinic
  4. Govt Hospital
  5. No service was taken

If the option 5 is answered then skip next two question (Q2 and Q3).
How it is done?

Hello,

To do this under Q2 and Q3, go to the skip logic and set it to Q1- No service is taken - (not equal to).

I hope you would understand that way.

Thanks.

Alex
