Some data can't be found

Hello,
I am very disturbed as I have surprisingly realized that there are some missing data in my data sets. These data were collected and on the kobo collect installed app, I am able to see the responses for all questions on the questionnaire submitted. I have tried figuring out the problem but to no avail. The report generated under the DATA section fails to show these data and the downloaded Excel sheet as well.

Kindly help me fix this problem

Welcome to the community @yawhaligah! Is it the repeat group data that are missing from the dataset? Kindly please share with us some screenshots that supports the issue you are facing. This should be helpful for us to troubleshoot.
