Sorry, form save failed!

Help! Dear all, my form will not Save on Android Kobo Collect, the error message I receive is:

“Sorry, form save failed. Couldn’t read row 0, -1 from Cursor Window. Make sure the Cursor is intitialized correctly before accessing data from it.”

Thanks for help asap, we are to collect data today.

Would you mind sharing us your xlsform so that we could have a look at it. I presume it to be a syntax error within your xlsform.
