I have a question about How to sort a response ,like : I have question "Please sort this values according to significant "
1- A
2- B
3- C
4- D
5- E
so ,if someone choice B,A and D i want to have response with “B” “A” “D”

Your best option to implement this is with the new Ranking question type: After typing in the question header add the five options as choices on the right. On the left specify the number of ranks the user should have available (e.g. 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice). In the form enumerators will have the option to rank the items by significance. Validation rules are applied automatically to avoid the same items being ranked more than once.
