I am reporting that I am currently experiencing the same technical issues encountered this past Friday, May 7, 2026.
Specifically, I am facing Submission Error 503 when attempting to upload data, and I am also unable to download forms from the server. Given that these issues are persisting, could you please provide an update on the current server status or any information regarding the root cause?
Additionally, do you have any recommendations for resolving this in the interim to minimize data collection delays ? Hopefully there are no risk on missing data
