Submission Error Report: "ID Error" Issue on smartphones During Survey

Hi,
I’m conducting a survey at schools. Some students reported that their smartphones froze and displayed an “ID error” message when submitting the form, preventing them from proceeding to the next screen. Unfortunately, I wasn’t present at the time and do not have a screenshot of the error message.

The survey is accessed via a QR code, which students scan with their smartphones. They complete the survey using their mobile browser. There are two separate forms: one for the questionnaire and another for collecting personal information for distributing a reward. These two forms are linked via “?returnUrl=”.

Submitting the first form seems to work without any issues. However, after the second form opens and the students fill it out, the error occurs when they try to submit it.

Most students were able to complete both forms without any problems, and it appears that only a few encountered this issue on their particular devices.

Since I haven’t seen the error message, it may be difficult to identify the exact cause, but do you have any ideas about what might be going wrong?

Welcome back to the community, @Nami! I feel like it’s a browser’s issue. You may need to try with modern and updated browsers that have the latest version. Try using modern browsers like the Chrome, Edge, Firefox to see how it behaves for those devices that are being affected.

Thank you for your reply.
I noticed similar issues concerning browser updates have been mentioned in Community Forum posts, so I’ve asked the students to use the latest version of their browsers.
I’ll continue to monitor the situation for now.
I really appreciate your help.
