Submission records not opening in data tab

When working within a project within the data tab, I selected a entry and clicked on the (Open) eye icon. It no longer is opening to a submission record. Its opens a blank scene the path is visible.
When refreshed it goes back to the data/ table.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a bug in our system and will let you know when it is solved.

The problem is solved at this moment and we hope in future it will not be occurring again.
