The submit click does not work when some participants try to finish the form. When they click submit, the form is deleted and closed. What can we do?

Welcome to the community, @mellybuy! Could you share with the community a screenshot of what really happens? Are you with Enketo (web forms)? If yes, would you mind changing your browser to Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc. to see if this solves your issue?
