Hi, I would like to provide access to the users/ data collectors to re-access the submitted form and update data. I mean user/ data collector only gets access to his/her submitted forms only. how this could be possible in KoBo? Can anyone help me on this issue?

Thank you for your kind support. This option will work the respondent who have the KoBo account/ ID. Is there any option to make this access who have not KoBO ID ? Thanks again and waiting for your response.

In order to use this feature, the user requires a KoBoToolbox account. Please be informed that without an account it’s impossible!

Thank you for your support. I have shared one of my project using your instruction. but i found row level permission is not enable for edit and delete the submission. this option only allows to view the submission. but i need to give permission for updated the data. How it could be possible.

Yes you did it correct. Kindly also please be informed that using this feature (row level permission) the user should only be able to view submissions from specific users. They do not have the privilege to edit or delete submissions.
