Despite the tool running well,the submissions(finalized forms)are not going through; they are being queued. I am therefore not able to receive any submissions on my server. The error indicates that the web page needs to be opened and that I need to be connected to the internet.Kindly assist

Hello, here is the screenshot. No record is being submitted successfully; they are all giving error 404.
@jondiro, you will need to ensure that your form (from where it was deployed) is still active in the account.
