Quisiera saber si es posible realizar el siguiente tipo de formato en la plataforma:
Please be informed that it’s possible to design a survey form in the format you shared. For this you will need to design your survey question using the matrix question. For details of how to design a matrix question in KoBoToolbox please see the support article here.
However, please note that the matrix question is only supported using the grid-theme style and can be viewed only through Enketo (i.e. KoBoCollect mobile app does not support).
