By the end of last week multiple survey responses had been collected by ‘vutsela’ and were showing in the data section
What’s happening instead?
This week the majority of the survey data gathered last week has disappeared and is no longer showing anywhere.
The surveys were collected via browser - but over several days the data section total figures updated to record that the data had been gathered, however, this week most are gone.
There are now only 2 surveys showing in the NCP survey and 19 in the new client one, however last week there were 9 in the NCP and 39 in new client.
Did you search the forum for existing solutions before posting?
