@Patricio_Andres84! Could you also let us know the server you are using? Could you also share a screenshot of the issue with the community so that the community should be able to understand your issue pictorially?
I edited a record and when I send it I get this error…
I use Non-Humanitarian Server.
Could you try this through a PC to see if that helps (instead of using the mobile device)?
I did the test on a desktop computer, on a mobile computer and on a cell phone, in different browsers, but it was not possible to edit the registry, the same message appears.
Other records of the same project if I can edit them.
I finally decided to delete the records and re-enter them.
@Patricio_Andres84, if it still happens, you could try this workaround that has been discussed previously …
@tabas, thank you very much for the response.
I opened the submission in your screenshot and was able to edit it successfully (I wrote !!! TEST BY KOBO SUPPORT !!! in the Driver Other field, which was previously empty). This confirms my suspicion that this problem is somehow related to authentication information stored in the browser.
If you have time, could you please also try the following?
Make sure all Chrome incognito windows are closed (or close the entire Chrome browser to be sure)…
