Hola estoy intentando enviar un formulario y me aparece el siguiente mensaje:
“El servidor de datos para su formulario o el servidor de Enketo estan apagados o no son accesibles. Por favor pruebe de nuevo o contactese con sopport@kobotoolbox.org. (500)”
Welcome back to the community, @Patricio_Andres84! Could you also let us know the server you are using? Could you also share a screenshot of the issue with the community so that the community should be able to understand your issue pictorially?
I did the test on a desktop computer, on a mobile computer and on a cell phone, in different browsers, but it was not possible to edit the registry, the same message appears.
Other records of the same project if I can edit them.
I finally decided to delete the records and re-enter them.
