I am new to the tool and have a simple question, I think, I’m not able to solve.
I have a multiple-choice question where the layout in the preview is not as expected, I would need to have more space for the word “somewhat” to not have it split into two lines. How can I modify this in the survey?

Welcome to the community, @mawin! This is controlled by the system which cannot be accessed by the user to modify it.
The only option that is available is use a larger screen to fit the text properly or use short words in the choices to fit it in the small scree.
